Returns Policy

 

Time limits for order fulfillment and delivery.
 

  • Delivery time of products sold specified in the order is subject to availability, confirmation and acceptance of the order by the batteries.gr at a maximum of thirty (30) days from the time of the order placement unless a special agreement between the different parties confirmed either by email or phone communication.
  • If there is no agreement and confirmation between the parties with the above manner, the delivery will be made within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the order. 
  • In case of extraordinary and unforeseen impediment that batteries.gr will face in delivering the order, batteries.gr is entitled to postpone only once the delivery of all or part of the order, and is obliged inform the customer, (written or verbally) without altering the total waiting time, along with the postponement, of the thirty (30) days from the time of approval of the order.
  • In case batteries.gr of exceed the period of thirty (30) days due to incapacity or inability to deliver to the customer, only then the customer will be entitled if he wish so, to set a new second deadline for delivery in excess of thirty (30) days (such new deadline is not necessary if the batteries.gr refuses delivery in general, or if the delivery in the interests of the client only if it were the statutory period of thirty (30) days and had about informing the customer batteries.gr.
  • If not met and a further period to be determined by the customer, then he is entitled to terminate the contract of sale with respect to arrears species. The rest of the order is normally performed except if the items in the order are relevant, so batteries.gr has to cancel the entire order.


Return Policy

Product returns with charge of Batteries gr.
 

  • Returning of items with charge of batteries.gr can only be done in cases where the order is not compliant with original customer order.
  • In case of mistaken delivery of deferent product delivered than the one contained in the original order, or order with damaged packaging, wholly or partial or in the event that the product is defective.
  • In this case, customer must either not accept the delivery of the product from the beginning, or to reclaim, in consultation with the batteries.gr
  • Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. If products do not returned at the time agreed, Batteries.gr is entitled not to accept returns and therefore refuse to replace.
  • In all cases, the return of the product and the replacement should be done with all the documents accompanying the product (eg ITT, Ap. Retail etc.) and complete package.
  • Reimbursement will be made on personnel and means of transport chosen by the batteries.gr
  • In case of refund, and provided that we have previously received and check the products, the refund to the customer will be held by debiting the amount on customer’s credit card.
  • If returning goods with payment on delivery method, the refund will be held on a bank account indicated by the customer. (Shipping fees are not refundable)
  • If products are returned damaged or incomplete in batteries.gr reserves the right to claim compensation from the client, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods and carry out unilaterally and unconditionally whose total or partial set-off of his claim this to the client.
  • The warranty period is not extended, renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent sale, repair or replace the product.
  • If products returned damaged or in incomplete packaging, batteries.gr reserves the right to claim compensation from the client, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and carry out unilaterally and unconditionally whose total or partial set-off of his claim this to the client.
  • Warranty period is not extended, renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent sale, repair or replace the product.

 

Returns of products with customer's charge
 

  • Returns of products with customer's charge can be carried out in cases where the customer for any reason other than above, changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product. From the moment that the below-mentioned withdrawal period has not expired, the customer can proceed to withdrawal of the order placed and by paying the shipping costs, after of course the consultation with the batteries.gr. Returns of products, Defective on Delivery (DOA)
 

  • If a product considered being defective on delivery (DOA), the return of this will be made by debiting batteries.gr
  • Return of products, which are defective on delivery (DOA) will be accepted within ten (10) calendar days of delivery date to customer.
  • Simultaneously, the product should not be damaged and has all original documents accompanying the product (eg D.A.T., Ap. Retail etc) and full packaging.
  • The refund to the customer will be by the cancellation charge your credit card, which will be edited by batteries.gr
  • In case of returning goods with payment on delivery, the refund will be made by bank account deposit indicated by the customer. (Not Become refund the shipping cost)
  • In case customer has purchased a product considered being defective on delivery (DOA), has the right to return at batteries.gr as above stipulations, then customer may also return and the complementary products of the same order.
  • Warranty period is not extended, renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent sale, repair or replace the product.


Warranty conditions:
Guarantee of the product runs from the date of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:

  • To have the device proof of purchase.
  • Do not have altered the fixed components of the device (trade, product codes, Serial No. etc)
